Teen Yoga Stretch
A class just for youth! This is a wonderful time to do yoga; it improves posture, balance, coordination, mental and physical strength. Enjoy a variety of yoga based activities to build self esteem and confidence. We will have fun moving through postures independently, with partners and also as a group. Learn to breath, to relax, and most importantly, to have fun!
