Lunch Break Yoga

Lunch Break yoga is a beginner friendly class designed to rejuvenate the body, mind and spirit to help increase productivity throughout the rest of the day. This short break helps to decrease stress and anxiety, can help control mid-afternoon cravings and the 3pm “hitting the wall” sensation. Great for people with sedentary careers, you will increase the circulation, address tired, sore and underactive muscles, and take with you a gentle reminder of enlightenment. Beginners and Intermediate Yogis are welcome. This is a great way to break up the day.
