Perfect for practitioners looking for an energizing practice, this class is an amalgamation of revitalizing asanas (postures), invigorating pranayama (breath work), and centering meditation and relaxation. This practice encourages the participant to embark on a journey towards greater health and an elevated focus. Each class will leave the student with an abundance of energy, and a blissful state of mind. A registered class environment provides an opportunity for students to progress as a group and to explore their full potential.
