Registration Information
Payment
- Class registration occurs several weeks before class start dates. Dates will be announced on the website.
- Payment must be made at time of registration.
- Methods of payment accepted: Cash, Cheque, Debit or Credit Card.
- Make Cheques payable to "Ammena Dance Company"
- In order to receive the Early Bird discount, Ammena Dance Company must receive registration and payment on or before the Early Bird deadline.
- GST will be added onto class cost.
Withdrawl Policy
- A full refund is given only if the class is cancelled by Ammena Dance Company.
- If you withdraw 10 days before classes begin, a full refund or credit for a future class will be awarded.
- No refunds after classes start unless there is a medical circumstance and a doctor's note will be required.
- Missed classes are non-refundable. If you miss a class you are entitled to a make-up class at your level.
- Make-up classes must be completed within the same semester and are non transferable.
- Non attendance does not constitute notice of withdrawal.
- 24 hours notice of cancellation for private classes is required. Failure to do so will not entitle you for a refund. Classes are charged as scheduled.
