Ammena Dance Company is always looking for new, enthusiastic, committed dancers to join our performance team. If you are interested in sharing your love of dance with the community of Lethbridge then we are the company for you! Ammena Dance Company holds an annual show "An Explosion of World Dance and Music" at the Yates Memorial Centre for the performing Arts, as well as monthly studio events and community performances.

REQUIREMENTS:

• The need to learn and be committed to the on-going education of dance.
• Weekly and extra rehearsal attendance to choreography class plus at home practice time.
• You are a registered solely Ammena Dance Company dancer.

Auditions are held yearly and you have the opportunity to audition for:

• Bollywood
• Bhangra
• Afro-Cuban
• African
• Samba
• Latin Ladies
• Latin couples Casino
• and more

All dancers are responsible for the purchases of their costumes prior to the events.
