Ammena Dance Company is proud to be Lethbridge’s first adult dance and fitness company. We offer over 20 classes each week with over 200 students.

Ammena Dance Company is pleased to begin children's and teen classes coming this fall. Each week your children will learn a mixture of dance forms.
Children Dance Fusion - Ages 6 - 12
Teen Fusion - Ages 13 - 15
As well we are happy to have our new addition to the company, Juli Talerico, joining us for our fall and winter 2008 / 2009 sessions. She is bringing her great experience in Yoga Nidra, Ananda Yoga, and Shanti Yoga. We will be running day and evening classes beginning this fall.
Registration dates for early bird rate are:
August 25 - 27 from 5:30 - 7:30 p.m.
Come early and receive 10% off as well as a spot in the class of your choice.

Spring / Summer sessions run 5 weeks at a time each month with a new style of dance offered.
