Body Sculpt

Body Sculpt is a low-no impact class designed to increase lean muscle and improve body composition by focusing on total body conditioning.

Core Stability & Balance

Improve everyday living and confidence. This low-no impact fitness fix will help improve core strength & stability and overall balance will be enhanced.

Roll and Release

This class is ideal for people with nagging pain and discomfort, weekend warriors, and people who want to increase their flexibility or learn more about taking care of their physical body. In this class we use Foam Rollers and small Sport Balls to release “trigger points and adhesions”, the terms used to describe what we consider “knots in the muscles” - when the fascia and the underlying muscle tissue become stuck together. This happens for various reasons including disuse, not enough stretching, injuries, habitual patterns of movement (or non-movement), etc. Likened to the same release techniques used by massage therapists, learn how to work on releasing tightness, flushing toxins, and addressing discomfort.

Please note: This class is not for those with late stage Osteoporosis, Hemophilia, or Degenerative tissue diseases.

Roll and Sun Salutations

Enjoy all of the benefits of Self Myofascial Release (Foam Roller, Sport Ball) and moving through Yoga Sun Salutations. Feel the length and freedom in the body from pairing these two activities. Yoga breathing techniques are the foundation for muscle tension releasing and yoga, which combine to make the perfect recharging session for the body, mind and spirit. Beginners Welcome.
